I don't know Lucie... but I love how it doesn't even *occur* to the Doctor that he could have done the shopping!

Lucie's a very... *hunts for a PC term* forthright companion.

I have to admit that I did try to implying that they took it in turns, but I had nowhere near enough words. Though Eight isn't really a 'shopping' Doctor, if you ask me; he'd rather bulk buy once a century then store it all in stasis ;-)

Ha! I heart this. So Lucie and so Eight! She knows her own mind and makes it happen no matter what the era, and he's a bit whiny. That'll teach him not to do his own shopping. *g*

Thank you!

btw
I listened to the first two stories from season 2 this morning. And realised I'd actually heard them both 'on the radio' *gasp* a few years ago (possibly when they were first made?) Dead London made so much more sense this time around.

Also, please cross your fingers for me that I left my iPod at my mother's earlier? I got home after taking son to judo and found I only had the headphones with me :(

I know what you mean! I must have listened to it out of context a long time ago, because I remembered it, but when I listened to it earlier this week it really made more sense. (I'm up to... 2.5, I think? Have been blazing through them as my brain is not good for anything else lately.)

Eek. ::crosses fingers:: I'm sure it's sitting there safe on a table or something!

I finished um... *goes to look* 2.3 Brave New Town on my walk to mum's this evening. Hopefully I'll get time to listen to the 4th one tomorrow.

Yes, I'm hoping it's sitting on the hall table too. Or on the floor by the door... Either way.
