Adam was a wee bit obsessive.

Obsessive, manipulative, compulsive...

And probably a load more '-ives' that don't spring readily to mind right now

I like this: you capture the moment, and Adam's combination of fury and helplessness.

Why thank you. It must have been torture for him (not that he didn't deserve it).

I keep wanting to write - or to see - an AU where things work out better for Adam. Where he doesn't go too far, and where Torchwood is able to help him.

There simply isn't enough 'helping' in Torchwood in my opinion. If Jack joined as a subversive measure you'd think there'd be a bit more along those lines and not just random fish people being tolerated and references to alien slime in showers, wouldn't you?

'Adam' would have been so much better as a 2-parter, so much more they could have done with that
also, i love you
do owen next!

And been screened *after* the wedding so Gwen and Rhys being away made sense! *grumbles*

I'll have to rewatch the episode for Owen and Tosh, but yes Owen next and then Tosh and erm, then maybe Jack himself *scratches head*

but but but
then owen would be dead and can a dead man be retconned?
but you're right, i read somewhere that it was originally slated for after the wedding and creepy carnies was supposed to be earlier - or something

Well if they hadn't insisted on killing him when they did *growls* he would have been human and then he cou;d have been and then... thinks on the fly... think how much more everyone would have felt him die after seeing him *so* human! I wish they'd admit it and say they just totally stuffed up the entire air order!

All that Gwen and Rhys being happy together would have fitted so much better and would have made her forgetting him even more poignant (or something...)
