Bwah! Great, I can totally see Gwen's attitude and hear the way her voice sounds.

What's flagging? Does it mean Gwen is monitoring (Cardiff-based, I suppose) blogs for activity Torchwood needs to investigate? That's a really interesting idea and makes a lot of sense.

ETA - I looked closer at your note and I think I'm right. I don't know why the term "flagging" threw me off. Need more tea. Sorry!
