Been awhile...

It's been some time since I posted one of these. So here's a short entry.

Last night I started on my first ever attempt to sew a tunic. I'm not finished yet, so the jury is still out as to how it will turn out. However, I don't have overly high expectations, given that it's my first try.

We'll see.

No, no pics yet. It was about 11:30 last night when I reached a stopping point. I'll probably take pics when it's a little more... together.

Well, it's done. I may do a few touch up things, but it's all together. No pics yet.

It came out pretty good, especially for my first try. I'm not completely happy with how it turned out, but part of that is because of the material I used; broadcloth isn't the best. But I knew that going in, and figured why get something nicer for my first try.
