last night i was on a walk with my friends julia and erin.  we were amazed as we saw the sun set and we could see distinct shadows on all the buildings and trees and everything else was this beautiful golden color.  then we turned the corner and saw the other side of the sky was solid pink!  i mean, solid.  i have never seen pink like that in the ( Read more... )

well... this june as i was sitting on top of a roof painting the outside of a house, a bee stung my index finger and i threw my paintbrush from the shock and the pain and got white paint all over these poor people's roof :(...

lituania?! That is so exciting allie. Especially since you get to be over there for an extended period of time and really immerse yourself in the culture. I'm gonna call you soon and ask about your program because i am interested.

ps. one of my teammates from last year is lituanian.. her name is kenda. she says it's common/customary in lithuania for girl's names to end with an a ... i think.. i hope i'm remembering that right.

Once I saw a sky after a storm that looked like a map of a cloudy country... there were different sections that all looked like different geological features, like mountains and forests. It was cool!

Yay for the sky and infinity yays for tea... yay for the country of Lithuania too I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THAT PLACE but studying abroad is always cool
