that was teriffic, and i wasn't sure who was really the one dead quite yet til the end, so it was suspense somewhat (chase calling cuddy "lisa" made me wonder, but then if it'd been a while, would be natural).

very nice, you did well. have fun writing some more, and the song worked well.

I like this. It was very sad. We hardly ever read fics from Chase's point of view, so this was a nice change. I think it would have been nice if there was a religious mention at some point, perhaps at the end where Chase is speaking at the grave. We know that Chase is religious, and was once very deeply religious, so it seemed a little out of place that God was missing from this story. Even if he no longer intellectually believed, I do think that Chase would turn to religion at House's death. Anyway, good job.
