Very nice.
I like how you've added to the depth of Maude's character.

Thank you :) I'm almost afraid to admit it, I know she isn't a popular character, but Maude really fascinates me.

Yay! Me too! I once read a story where the author speculated that Ezra was a product of a violation, and she was constantly warring between not being able to bear his presence for long periods of time and and being able to give him up.

In any case, she's just something else, isn't she?

That actually makes a lot of sense.

That she is :)

I like this universe, and I love the fact that you shared your universe with another writer. Also big love for what you & strangevisitor7 have each done with it.

The only drawback. I love Ezra, and Chris...but Vin was always my favourite.

After Ezra, Vin is my favourite :) Chris just sort of ended up needing to be the focus this time around. Vin's in the part I'm currently writing though!

I'm glad you like the universe -- I'm still not sure how they all sort of melded together, but it did, and it seems to be working! and I'm glad I shared too :)

I like how you've written Charlotte and Chris becoming closer, the last line was lovely. The insight into Maud's death was interesting; and I thought Chris' subsequent thoughts about Charlotte's own death were great. I can't wait to see where this story is going :)

One of my favourite things about Highlander is when we get to see normal lives. Not challenges and the Game, but immortals who laugh and love, and live their lives. I'm really getting to explore that with this story, so I'm glad people are liking that aspect.

Thank you!
