Oh a tribble of my very own Thank you (In need of cheering up, I fell off a horse yesterday after a brilliant jumping lesson so am one big bruise atm)

Could have been worse I could have fallen whist jumping :)

Good luck with the cat I can't imagine trying to bathe mine. Sending good wishes.

Ouch!! A friend of mine has done that on more than one occasion. My worst horse experience was getting kicked in the knee.

Well, Sparrow is stinky, and as much time as she spends on my lap, and sleeping near my head in bed, it's icky! :) She had some tummy troubles and you can probably figure out the rest.

Are you really moving to Utah?

I've only bathed my cat once, when I brought her home from the place I adopted her from. She was very very stinky, so I had to bathe her. Not fun. Cats like to bathe themselves, not be bathed by others. Still, sometimes it's necessary, so good luck.

That's the plan. Short version: two years ago, the house we (my entire family) had rented together for ten years was sold. My parents took it as a sign to do what we'd talked about for years and get of CA, which is just more and more unfordable every year. So they were able to buy a house in St. George, which is about two hours from Vegas, six from L.A. My brother went with them, and Nin and decided to stay here for a year or two on our own to get some stuff taken care of first. Their mortgage is a little more than half of what my rent is for a two bedroom apt.

So we may move in the spring, or the following fall. I miss my family, and my pets, and using all my vacation every year just to go to St. George [g]

Nin has some pics on her website of the area - it's really pretty! But HOT in the summer. And I'm a coastal girl :)
