So, last night, the fandom internetz exploded with the news that Tom Hiddleston appeared at the beginning of the Thor II panel at Comic Con as Loki. Lots of pics of it on Tumblr, and I was insanely jealous :D Today, I saw it on YouTube!! I'll admit, I squeeed like my junior high friends used to squee over Leif Garrett -- yes, I'm old, look him up

I find it funny how much I love that clip. I haven't seen the first Thor movie. I might've thought Loki was one of the best things in the Avengers, but I wouldn't say I was smitten with him. I suspect it's a combination of liking Hiddleston/Loki better with the longer hair, and that with three movies as Loki under Hiddleston's belt he is very in tune with Loki now.

I have never seen anything with Hiddleston in it before, but I still thought that was hysterical.

You're never too old to be smitten. I squeed over Loki showing up at the Thor 2 panel as well...and he's not even my favorite. :) This movie cannot come out fast enough.
