What goes into Navajo tacos? How are they made? I'm looking into collecting recipes that are exotic in this part of the world and seeing if I can make them as they are or adapting them. I'd like to spend some more time cooking for myself, making quick meals I could take to work, and one way I could do that is by finding recipes I find interesting and wanting to try. Do you happen to have a file with some recipes lying around? :bats eyelashes:

I'll try and get the recipe to you. The filling is basically ground meat of some sort, pinto beans, spices. That goes on top of fry bread, and then toppings like shredded cheese, guacamole, lettuce, tomatoes.

Vividcon was very good this year. I've seen a lot of videos from it.

Never heard of Navajo tacos before. I learned something existed today.
