Your tent cabin sound like the digs at Sequoia and also Yosemite.........
The foundation is all wood but the rest is canvas........and there is a stove in it and very comfy.....
I am sure it will be great........
Mom and I traveled to Yellowstone, our first time there, in May.......When we arrived near the park, we
stayed in Big Sky at Buck's T-4
Nothing is available but rooms at that time because it is considered off season, but they did recommended a local haunt for dinner.
It was obvious as soon as we entered that it was all locals which was great. The steaks were superb and what I still recall to this day are the chandeliers that were made from deer antlers...........
WE loved it.
Be certain to fill us in when you get back!!!!!
