Outrage?

I must hang out in the wrong places. I was reading a post an a White Collar community, and apparently there's 'outrage' over the new opening credits for the show. So much so, there's a TV Guide poll on the matter. Huh. I noticed the opening had changed, and that was about the extent of my reaction. I'd noticed they'd changed but wasn't that fussed about it. I don't watch a show for the opening or ending credits. I watch for what comes in between. Hmmm, I think that must be what several folks on my f-list watch for too. :)

Haven't personally noticed as I don't watch the show and I don't pay that much attention to openings anyway (unless a much beloved theme song changed). But I know that such changes upset or annoy many fangirls/boys for a variety of odd reasone. A friend was once quite upset because her fave character got less screen time in an opening sequence.

There was a big dust-up the last time they changed the Doctor Who opening too, and I was all huh?. Whether I like it or not, I'm not there to see the opening credits!

They were talking about it on Twitter, truthfully I think it shouldn't matter what the credits look like, there are some shows out there that don't even have opening credits but people still watch them.
