I have a hard time picturing Jack being permanently committed to a solitary wench, but if anybody could get under his skin that way, it'd be someone like Charlotte.

It's what I get for writing backwards [g] The first - and at the time, I thought, the only - story I wrote with Charlotte was Jack's deathbed. So here I am, four years later, finally getting to the beginning. And my fic Jack, I think, is taken more from CotBP, especially the scene where he shoots Barbossa and a couple to deleted scenes that are more on the serious/dark side.
