No, Matt is not entirely alone. Even if he's the one who suffers most the coups. But there's friends who suffer along with him.

He's got Foggy. He's got Dakota. He's got Becky. He's got Ben. He's got Danny and Luke... And people like Kurtz are adding up to the bunch of friends ready to help him.

No, he's not alone, and he will rise again, and Fear will meet eventually what he deserves (I hope C.O. Markham of Ryker's has some very itchy and utterly uncomfortable venereal disease and Cranston gets it, he, he, heeee....)
