The British Red Cross has a disaster fund, if not a special fund for the earthquake victims.

Listed some artists on DevART who are taking commissions...Some people have put them on hold because of the amount...or are having problems with paypal...But there are other things like Yiji who is selling prints....Aimee Major who is selling a signed copy of her manga...check it out :)...
