Since I missed it last week, let's discuss the last two, starting with last week:
AWWW IT WAS SO SAD/CUTE WHEN KELLI CLIMBED INTO KYLE'S ROOM WHEN SHE KEPT HAVING NIGHTMARES. AND SHE WANTED TO CUDDLE. I just I don't even!
I love the whiteboard idea that Spencer came up with and that they're making all these connections and trying to figure out everything. (The cards are, so far: ace of spades and a jack of clubs and a queen of hearts which is from this past one BUT I DIGRESS.) And then they have a notebook, and I hope that Noah doesn't find it because he will probably have a nervous breakdown reading it.
And then THIS WEEK! It's like they're trying to slowly show that Max has a soul because just when Kyle's all but saying HE KILLED MY BEST FRIEND THAT BASTARD Lacey ends up hurt and they're making me like them both. I still think that there is something not entirely right about Max besides his massive previous assholishnes, but, you know, I don't want him to die now ( ... )

Lacey's hurt but not dead. Could be a red herring. I love Max, but I tend to never trust the pretty ones.
Agreed to an extent, but I can't blame him, either. I mean, what else is he going to do? They should search the staff members too, though, if they're really going to be serious about it. Just saying.

Finding Charlie 1.09
When we saw the schoolyard fight with Jaime and his friend in episode five, I remember that the other kid was bleeding, but I never thought he might have been bitten. Yikes! I hope there's another Rudy episode in our future, because there is no way that provided closure for Jaime.
Charlie remembering skating with Phoebe was sweet. I'll bet this is the first time the makeup people have had to make an actor look older for a flashback sequence!

The Diogenes Boys 1.06 "Good Intentions"
I loved this episode. Even when the show is getting all this big name guest stars, the storyline holds up pretty well and doesn't fall into the trap of "here, we stuck a famous person in here!" Jude Law is perfect casting as a young Arthur Conan Doyle and watching him act all oblivious both in face of danger and in the face of all the snark (even Ned gets into it! Clearly he is feeling less depressed, poor thing) cracked me up.
I felt bad for the bad guy! He had a "good" reason... it just went all pear-shaped. Although trying to shoot Sam? DO NOT MESS WITH MY BOYS.
Ooo, teaser for next week looks awesome! Kickass women for the win! LOVE IT.

And aha, that's why we saw so little of Josephine on Small Creatures this week... she was off guest-starring in The Diogenes Boys. Squee!

*pats revolutionaries* awww, sweeties! how Ellen wants to be in astrophysics, learning about the stars she's been watching her whole life! DARLING. just - all of them! talking about all the things they want to do so badly and CAN'T. okay, way to put me firmly on the revolutionaries' side for an episode. Alsoooo, Fred quietly turning off the camera on the corridor outside to protect them! <333
also, ohhhhh no, the midseason finale is coming up and it does not look like anything good is happening AT ALL come on kids you can do it!
