Me likey! I like the melancholic(?) feel you maintain througout the fic, and how you connected Kaoru's feelings in this fic to what happens in the manga :D And IDK, I like the tone and word choice, and the parts where you describe Kaoru's secret being 'everywhere'. :3
Aaaaa Kaoru...... I really liked the whole atmosphere, how Kaoru kept his feelings a secret, and he felt destroyed inside because of it... :'( And Honey-senpai was a bonus!! My favourite chara in Ouran :DD

Gorgeously written, God, i've forgotten how beautiful your work is! The way you describe Kaoru's feeling is heart wrenchin. I think i can relate to his paradox feeling for am too often find myself trapped on my own mind, like two soul live in one body. And this scene really kick in my guts ;Kaoru's blank state when he looked at 'different' Hikaru, and what a relief when Hikaru said,"Normal people can only face their future alone. You and I can face it together!"

Poor Kaoru... I'm maintaining my OTP in this fandom, which happens to be the ultimte alternate happy ending to this one is where they both end up with haruhi.
