Aw, this was so cute and bittersweet in the end... I loved the sequence with the dialogues in italics. Minato and Kushina were great and I could definitely see the traits Naruto got from each of them. Thank you! :D

Hehehe))) Maybe I will. She deserves all the love she can get. But my writer's block is still in full swing. T_T And Naruto isn't my primary interest now either.
I never thought anyone could be more awesome than Tsunade. She was the first female character in Naruto that I liked. But right now she and Kushina are tied. XDDD

I used to be a real hardcore slasher and I had pretty much no fav het couples in any fandom. It's only lately that I started writing more het and generally warming up to more female characters (I usually have great issues with how women are portrayed in canon, esp. if it's some manga/anime). So I ttly get your feelings. XDD
Hahaha, well... maybe she meant that both Minato and Sasuke are relatively calm and cool compared to the fountains of energy that Naruto and Kushina are? XDD Otherwise, the parallel is indeed a bit of stretch.

I don't really have anything useful to say - I don't think you should hate this fic, though I'll admit that I love other pieces of yours more?

Maybe, it's because I can tell that you wrote them with more heart? This does seem a tad bit forced.

I just think that this piece doesn't quite reach the level of intensity that your other writings do.

Not that I think it's bad - I think a lot of portions are cute and humorous. And the ending with its implications is quite sad.

And you do a good job on Kushina: she's a wildcat. I love your Minato too.

And, of course, it's well-written too, dear.
