This was delicious! I absolutely LOVED their interaction; Mello, being all hyperactive and Near being... well, Near. And the fact that they seemed to have some sort of friendship-thing going on, that made me like it even more.

Probably not friendship, but it's not the "OMG I haet ur guts and I hafta bully you" kind of relationship I see in most Mello/Near fics. It's refreshing, to say the least.

Their interaction is so true to what I've always thought there was at the Wammy's House. It's fun to look at this as kids; Mello rushing to become adult and Near a bit infantile as always. Really-really cute.
