Experimentation anonymous October 18 2009, 06:12:08 UTC
Doctor McCoy needs subjects for his medical experiments. He finds a steady supply in the people who've managed to piss off the captain.

Sadistic!Bones and sketchy experiments. Bonus points for background Kirk/Bones and...I wouldn't say no to vivisection kink, explicit or implied.

When the Captain ordered him to go to McCoy Lieutenant Bailey nearly laughed ( ... )

“Awake again are we? Good.” McCoy said without a hint of malice, just the same tone he used with his patients. He pressed his hand against the hollow of the bound man’s knee, watching what little remained of his upper leg twitch in protest, the ensign’s head lolling back in agony ( ... )

simply awesome! I love the little hints in the first part such as the background story with the line of Narada (their bonding experince?)and the knowing smirk of Sulu (poor sucker never knew what was coming).

Bones is truly a product of the MU in this story.
The doctor slide the hypospray back up his sleeve
purrr never enough Dr.Mccoy and his hyposprays (he doesn't or need to depend on Kirk)

writer here, and thank you <3 I like to think, in my own reboot mirror verse headcanon, that there's a bit more unity in the crew since they were brought together by all the drama and hardship of the Narada event. Not friends but maybe they have a better understanding of each other and possibly even a touch more respect, amidst the backstabbing, torture and such :]

Haha I'm glad you caught that! I didn't want it to look like he couldn't handle himself, I just wanted Kirk to come in at the end and that seemed like the best way to pull him in. And I agree, McCoy needs more hypospray action~

thankyouthankyouthankyou!

This is exactly what I needed during midterms.

I love McCoy in this, how eerily detached and calm he is, it's chilling and incredibly hot. And of course Bailey thinking he's SOFT...almost feel bad for the guy, even if he hadn't pissed off Kirk he wouldn't have lasted long jumping to conclusions like that.

your welcome and thank you :] I know the pain of midterms, I'm glad this was a decent minute distraction~

LOL yes, I like the idea that McCoy's vague southern streak and doctor manner making people lower their guard around him. I can see the MU version using that to his advantage often.

Ooooh this is damn dark in my rating.

Reminds me of those Nazi docs that experimented on kids :/ Phew.

Very MU-y.

Writer here- Thank you, dark and MU-y is good in my book. Oh geez, I vaguely remember seeing something on that experimentation once and it's chilling.
