Someone wants to buy my van and machine, which I'm really desperate to get out of right now. He's willing to take over the payments as soon as tomorrow (I think I can't quit for at least two weeks to a month). Anyways, this means that I need to decide whether or not I want to go ahead and stay in this business and finance a new van and machine (

Just because he's ready to buy tomorrow doesn't mean you should jump. Consider that fact that he is ready when you are willing to give it up. Of course, he won't wait forever, but surely he has to understand you have to plant your seeds before you can grow again.
