I spent the Memorial Day weekend in Philadelphia helping to run Kaaba Colloquium, an OTO leadership training seminar.  We were jointly hosted by Thelesis and Tahuti Lodges; my thanks to everyone who worked so hard and so successfully to make us welcome.  My only regret is that I had so little time to explore Philadelphia; I ate at a couple of great ( Read more... )

If I am not mistaken, aren't the older cities on the East Coast like Boston and Philly built more in the European style?

(backwardsly, when I came back from LA in March, everything looked so grey--I missed all the apricot and yellow and pink house colors:))

That's how I feel about walking into my house when I've been away for a few days. It's the only time I can really see it, I think.

I wished I could have been to see the National Constitution Museum the last time I was in Philly -- maybe on another trip "home".. Did you have a cheesesteak on South Street?
