I just did an overnight stay at a clinic about a month and a half ago and was diagnosed with moderate sleep apnea. Just to let you know--its uncomfortable as hell to do the study with all the wires and equipment on you. Thankfully its only one night. I'm now arranging to get a CPAP machine to help me breathe better.

If you are diagnosed with sleep apnea, you will be the fourth Thelemite I've encountered (including myself) who has it. Maybe it should join Asthma as another Magician's disease.

Since I started mentioning this to people, the CPAP users are coming out of the woodwork, including several OTO folks and my boss. As the doctor said today, it's becoming rather common, but invisible unless you're living with the person using one.

Interesting about the Thelema angle, though, especially since both asthma and apnea involve breathing difficulties. Some sort of prana effect, perhaps?
