[ That actually makes her quiet too for a moment, because.. well, she's rather pissed off at Battler being taken out of this place again too. (Beatrice not so much.) But even as she admits this much, she keeps her voice deadpan. ]

Yeah, same here. They think they can just do whatever with the people here, it's ridiculous.

I guess it's still better than something big and ridiculous happening. But it's still sort of lame that they think they have to warn us just because a simple thunderstorm is coming. We're not all little kids.

I'm used to it, back home. I haven't seen him in twelve years.

I thought I'd have a chance to be with him again in this place, but.. [ She bites down, grits her teeth to stop herself from adding more to that sentence that'd make her seem too vunerable. ]
