I think people in the US are generally already too busy with their other three sports. Those countries where soccer is big is where it's mostly "the only one"..aside from maybe rugby and cricket in England lol...
Golf is also something I don't understand. So boring. Soccer holds all the action and yes..the eyecandy is wonderful.
