Back from Florida! Was a great trip. Spent a lot of time just watching mindless TV--SVU loooove. Also watched movies--Constantine, Moulin Rouge, and Love Actually. Was very relaxing and nice ( Read more... )

oh noes! S'why I love Perkin's--24 hour restaurants are the best. ^___^ It's actually quite amusing- the high schoolers start piling in around 1 AM every night.

Sounds like fun, despite the jellyfish. I've never swum in an ocean, y'know. Just a thought.

Movies! I watched Life as a House! But only because I couldn't find Boondock Saints. But now I know the video store does reservations, so next movie night that's what I'm getting.

You should try swimming in the ocean, if you get the chance. I've done it loads of times, and this is my first jellyfish attack. ^__^

Life as a House is a fabulous movie, primarily because Hayden is really, really lovely in that movie. BDS is *looooove*

You should always take White Vinegar to the ocean with you for situations like this with the jelly fish. Over here you use vinegar to *fuck what was I going to say* Aha you use vinegar to stop the stinging. We have box jellyfish over here and they are nasty nasty nasty and leave big scars on you. The only way to ease the pain and get the blighters off of you is with Vinegar. I don't think peeing on it helps though xD Oh and I heard that pee attracts sharks xD.

O_O Vinegar, check. Don't think I'll be getting any scarring from my jellyfish. And if I do it will be vv small.

...those poor kids that pee while they swim.

I know.. I don't know how true the peeing attracting sharks is though O_o
