[MOD POST] Clinic (Medical) Admissions Instructions

Any and all clinic admissions (inpatient or outpatient) should be posted to island_medical by the pup seeking care. One of the doctors on duty will then post a comment to the admissions post specifying that they are giving care, and will then tag the appropriate in-game thread as necessary.

Please note: Island Medical is NOT for roleplaying. It is for clinic records, and to ensure that pups needing care get it in a timely fashion.

To submit a pup for admission to the clinic, please follow the following directions:

1. Log in as the pup requiring care.
2. Post to island_medical with the following information. Please fill the form out completely:
   Character Name:
   Nature of Visit: (Is this a routine checkup, are there significant injuries, etc?)
   Date and Time of Visit:
   Injuries, if applicable:
   Has this person received medical care from our doctors before?
   If so, from whom?
   Will this admission require a inpatient stay in the clinic? if so, for how long? (depending on space available)
   Is there a post that requires tagging, or is this simply agreed to have happened?
   If you have a post needing tagging by a doctor, please give the URL:
   Additional pertinent information:
   
3. Make sure to tag your post with "admissions."

Once the above is posted, please await a tag by one of our medical staff. Be aware that it may not be right away.

MEDICAL STAFF:

Each of you should have your own tag here at Island Medical. If you respond to an admissions form, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ADD YOUR TAG TO THE ENTRY. Once care has been given (either in-game or in theory), please tag the admissions post again detailing what treatment was given.
