So! First off, I must apologize for not doing any updates the past few days. I, uh, forgot. BUT. We still don't have enough icons. Um. If by theme restart you mean, just cancel this one and come up with a new one, then I say yes. :x This was a pretty hard theme and I honestly couldn't think of an icon; maybe "celebration" would have been a better theme? lol idk. XD;;

buuut there's my two sense cents. \o\

Well, I didn't get my handy Photoshops until last Friday, so. :< Me sorry. But a theme restart is a good idea. :O! Go go Francymod go!

Restart is good yes, since the icon I made was CRAP from my laptop.
