Bodice #2

I've no idea at all when this bodice was made, more than it's a hundred years old, or so. Am I very wrong if I say that I think that the basque would look good on a bustle? It's in black silk, and it has no boning. From the look of it, there never were any either.

I agree about the bustle, it looks about 1880-1890 to me.

Thanks! I wish my grandmother has thought of getting more information about the clothes, but alas, she probably never imagined that she would get a grand-daughter who would wantg it. :-)
