Slings & Arrows vidlet: Sharp Dressed Man
Those of you who participated in the S&A viewing marathon sisterofdream put together a while back may remember me saying, "Ooh, someone should make a Darren vid to ZZ Top's Sharp Dressed Man!" Some of you even encouraged me to do so. I clarified that of course I meant someone other than me.
But I guess I did it anyway.
This is my contribution to slidellra's awesome C6D tag game. I admit that I did not do it all in 24 hours, for which you should be grateful; actually, I clipped and cut the music on Tuesday, put the vid together on Wednesday and Thursday, and then yesterday when monroe_nell tagged me I attempted to upload it to imeem, failed three times, and then decided that was a Message from God Darren to make a few little improvements. It uploaded this morning first try. Hmm.
Other caveats: as I don't actually have my DVDs (they are at my parents' indefinitely; I'm thinking of buying another set, though) these are made from rips of various sizes, and there's some hopefully inobtrusive dimension-weirdness and changes in resolution. Which is why there's no S2 footage - it would have been very noticeable. Thus, no fur hat, alas. Also, I know you're supposed to avoid talky-face, but Darren just wouldn't shut up. Sorry.
