Title: Falling's Not the Problem
Rating: PG-13
Summary: They are both whoever they need to be, from moment to moment. And in this moment, with each other, they are probably as close to who they really are as they could ever be.
Disclaimer: I do not own Lost. At all. I wish but alas...

I can't believe how ridiculously happy I was to see a Sun/Sawyer fic from you show up on my flist. I haven't read Lost fic in ages, and I would never step back up to the plate except for someone I really trusted with the characters ~ you didn't disappoint! Thank you so much for writing again. ♥

I still have a near-finished Sun/Sawyer 50 Sentences sitting in my WIP file.... :\

Aw, well thank you. :) I was really happy with this prompt because I love writing for this pairing and I haven't written Lost (or anything, really) in a very long time. So it was a nice refresher.

Aw, that's so sweet of you to say. ♥ Thank you so much.

I know how you feel. Apparently, I claimed Sun at au100 in 2007. :S

Really like what you've done here. I love this Sun, the confidence in her, how she does what she wants and gets what she wants. But this curiosity you give her, that rings so true to the character, how she wants to know about everything and how Sawyer is the thing she wants to know about now. Really great dynamic and I love the ending. Lovely work :)

If Sun was going to target someone like Sawyer, who really doesn't have anything but what he steals, it would be simply to see if she could. Which is screwed up in its own way, but having Sawyer not be the average mark but a con himself, who would be able to respect it on some level is what I thought was interesting. Sun conning him just because she wanted to see if she could rang true for me, in some way.

I'm glad you liked it, thank you! :)

WONDERFUL FIC! Brilliant characterizations, you totally got me with this. I loved their dynamics, it all worked so well.

(as a Jin/Sawyer shipper, though, I keep wondering how Jin fits into this world - intriguing thought).

Thank you! :) I'm glad you liked it.

I imagine Sun not being married, since she's a con women, which means she's always moving around. But I'm certain Jin is out there somewhere.

Oooh, this was great! The concept in the A/N really drew me in, and it lived up! Nice :D I particularly like the ending.
