Yay, thank you! :D It's so much fun to write, seriously. I have a few problems with how Moffat wrote Irene (like Moriarty being the one to make her dangerous, like how she's supposedly gay but still in love with Sherlock, etc) and it's gratifying to be able to correct those issues. She's a stellar character. Working on the last chapter! :D

Rose Tyler is a BAMF. Irene Adler is a BAMF. If Rose and Irene were to meet, they'd be at least an epic bromance, and possibly a little bit more (though I'm not sure how flexible Rose is so it might be a bit one-sided). Still, she is so much fun to write. :D New part should be done in the next few days!

Except the waiting, but this is brilliant, Rose works are Irene Adler cause she'd know exactly how to deal with people. Especially, people like Sherlock.

YES EXACTLY. One of the brilliant things about Rose is that she KNOWS people; she knows what makes them tick and how to get close to them. There's a hilarious scene I'm writing with Jackie and Mycroft and Sherlock and Rose and John, in which they discuss how Rose can manipulate people. :D

OHhhhhhhh, that sounds awesome!! Mostly cause the idea of Jackie, Mycroft and Shrlock in the same room just sounds like all kinds of WIN!

Jackie Tyler is legitimately one of my favorite supporting characters on Doctor Who. She's brash and loud and in your face--and strong and brave and loving too. When she realizes how much Rose loves the Doctor and how much she's willing to do for him Jackie basically accepts him into her family. SHE HUGS HIM (she also kisses him but we forgive her because David Tennant is very handsome and most of us probably want to do the same thing XP). SHE TAKES CARE OF HIM WHEN HE'S ILL. She sees him when he's vulnerable and she helps to make him better.

Also she would totally boss and mother the hell out of Mycroft. She basically gives him an order and he meekly complies, which draws a snide remark out of Sherlock, to which Mycroft replies something along the lines of "I'd like to see YOU sass her."

And she tells Sherlock he's too skinny and needs to eat more. XP
