Adversity from people who are supposed to be my allies.

I don't understand what it is with gay people and their hate towards transexuals. They're the fucking G in the LGBT, which ends with T for fucking transgender. Aren't we supposed to be a community and love each other? Apparently not. I'm sick of this shit. I'm so fucking angry right now I'm seeing red.

:( This upsets me too, the intolerance some people can have really just blows me away. Poke me if you need to chat, hope you feel a bit better soon.

Yeah. It's like cutting off your nose to spite your face.

Seriously, people need to learn to put aside their differences and band together. A group divided makes no progress.

I agree. Understanding is supposed to come from common experience, eh?

Someone who I know told me that they wouldn't call me male until I had the penis surgery done (which I likely never will - expensive, painful, ineffective, and hard to get). He then told me that it was the same reason he called drag queens female on stage and male when they got off the stage.

Honey, they hate each other, too.

When a large part of my friends group was lesbians and gay guys, I noticed one big thing-- they all talk major amounts of shit-- against each other-- people they supposedly considered 'friends'.

Sometimes in life, people are so unhappy with their own life that they have to project that onto the struggles of others to make themselves feel better.

You'll make it through.

Don't I know it. My 4 mothers (2 from their first domestic partnership, they repartnered, so now I have 4.) Always used to talk shit on their gay friends. I especially my mother - she worked at a hair salon with a mainly LGBT staff so there was alllllways drama.

Thanks for the kind words, hon. <3
