About half of our year wore heels to NRA, and about half of them had never done so before and so fell over as they went up the steps to the stage.
I didn't, and was glad of this.
I didn't wear a dress either. Trousers, shirt and a waistcoat. It was a waistcoat year. still spent forever trying to buy something though.

is the only photo I have of our NRA day, as the computer died with all my stuff on it. So, we weren't very formal.
Are you guys having a prom?

Prequel? WHAT IS THIS?

Ha, nono we are prom-less. School said we could have one if they had nothing to do with it, and we organised it ourselves (because they're so lovely like that). And my year doesn't really organise things. Ergo, no prom. Did you lot get one?

Oh, and that photo is so cute! I may forgo the heels in that case. :)

And the prequel was entirely unexpected, as far as I can tell.

Yeah, they said the same to us and so it never happened.
We're getting one this year, but it's less of a prom and more of a high-class booze up, I'm just glad we get something. Also, I find proms just a little bit too weird.

hmm. unexpected prequel. that article is also quite confusing.

Gaaaaaaaah, History fail, I KNOW! But if the Sources is OK, then we can still make up for it, right?

Um. NRA day... I dunno, I'll probably just wear a nice-ish skirt. Does it have to be black/white, cos knowing my wardrobe, I'll be in red...? But with heels though! I saw them in a shop and fell in love. :p So now walking around the house and practising stairs in them, yes.

Breaking Dawn: *squee*
(sorry, that probably explains my incoherency)

Yeah, I mean, everyone seemed to find it hard, so that means low grade boundaries, right? ;P Plus, like you say, we've still got our coursework and the sources exam.

I'm not going to wear black and white, I don't think. Red's cool, I am looking forward to seeing what people look like. :P

It's got to be low grade boundaries! I think that they're generally quite low anyway - for the ones we did as mocks, it was about 66% for an A, 75% for an A*. So hopefully OK in the end!
