RIP

Heath Ledger died this morning. He was found in his flat by his housekeeper, surrounded by sleeping pills. Investigators reckon that it was an accidental overdose, and not suicide. He was only 28.

Found out about that this morning. I suppose I wouldn't have expected to care quite this much, but it was simply so unexpected. You never expect it to happen really. It all comes to suddenly. It's just so sad. Tragic? Maybe. He was very young, and he's married with children and stuff. Loads of people at school were talking about it, everyone seems to be as shocked as I am. And now he's joined the ranks of People-Who-Have-Died. Like Kurt Cobain and River Phoenix.

He was a truly talented actor. Brokeback Mountain was one of the most beautiful films I've ever seen in my life.

It's going to be weird when the new Batman film comes out and seeing him in it. What'll they do at the premiere?

Resquiat in pace, Heath.

EDIT: Pretty much my entire f-list page has posts about this. It's nice to know he was so loved. :)

EDIT 2: Oh fuck, no. How dare they?
