Oh, thank you so much! You have no idea how long it took me to finish this piece: all the time I knew precisely what I wanted to say, just couldn't find the right form. I think I managed thanks to the word limit as I decided to make it a drabble.

I've read a few of your drabbles and this one just breaks my heart. As 'paulamcg' said, there is such a vulnerability to the last paragraph and it makes me want to give Remus a big hug because he has gone through a lot of shit. I always disliked JKR a little bit for making Remus and Siris' lives so horribly, heartbreakingly painful. It's just unfair.

I love your writing style and your ability to encompass so many emotions into 100 words. Thank you <3
