I've never read a real Quincycest, so I'm dying to read everything you come up with. I just love Uryuu anyways, and his daddy is so hot it hurts... just don't write rape, noncon or gore, 'cause I can't stand that, especially when fanwriters tend to humiliate a character without good reason.
