Before we were pregnant, My Tender Beast decided that perhaps the right language for a transman who caries a pregnancy and gives birth is Seahorse Papa. I had been using birthdad, which while descriptive, lacks the lyricism. We've both been using Seahorse Papa since.

I was in Toronto at the end of November for the launch of Rainbow Health Ontario. It's a new province wide initiative, based at the Sherbourne Health Centre, to improve LGBTT2IQQA health in Ontario. Yesterday i ran a day long training for teachers and students who are running, or who are interested in running GSAs in schools in Halton. Half the teachers were from schools who do not yet have GSAs, all the schools that have groups already had student members there.
