Oh, that was so spectacular! Love love love love love! Every part of it was so well done! The Harry/Draco almost relationship, the Slytherin-ness and utterly Draco-ness of Draco, all of that, and I adored your Narcissa! So well drawn! Great job, all around!

i loved this. The timeline bouncing back and forth, the imagery (the bartender pointedly trying not to notice draco, or harry, ahaha. so real). the two together being so believable. how well it ties into the song, not overly obvious, but that nice subtleness where at some points you go "aha!"

As with everyone else, I enjoyed the disjointed timeline a lot, and also the mystery surrounding everything. There's so much more I want to know. I think this would be a good basis for a longer fic, and it would be something to think about to try to fill in the gaps. I liked going through the fic not really knowing what Draco was going to do. He's always surprising me :).

Thank you for your comments! :) I'm really glad that the timeline seems to be working for everyone. I think that Draco occasionally surprised himself. ;)

I actually have a pretty good idea of what goes in most of the gaps, *evil cackle*, but the fic seemed to work with the mystery. Rather than building this fic into a longer one, I think that there may be other fics set in this 'verse. There's a Hermione POV thing floating around in my head, covering some of the events alluded to here, and Harry seems to also want a say. But AFTER the holidays, OMG! *fends off bunnies* ;)
