I'll walk with you, Isengar. If we run into danger, I can whisk you away unless the danger strikes me first. The chances of danger occurring in the Shire are incalculable slim to none.
We have to look for clues.
*walks by Isengar's side How DO I see out of this mask anyway? Oh well. I didn't design the thing.*
*picks up and puts on backpack, secures her ax, takes Melba's hand, and walks along with Isengar* I guess with the snow melting there wouldn't be any tracks anywhere.
*looks at Melba and helps her straighten her cloak* You have everything you need, sweets?
Not really, but Bagshot was over this way the other day .... maybe he knows something we don't. Oh, if only we lived in Narnia or Oz and he could talk .....
I saw Bagshot just a little while ago by the spot at the end of the yard where we just went into the woods. *points back* I've seen him there a few times recently. I didn't see anything unusul there, but I don't know what a tracker would look for--I didn't look that close.

I don't know what kind of clues we might find, and I myself am rather clueless (or so I've been told).
*despite being clueless, looks for clues*

I will aide you in your search for clues. My eyes miss very little. Nor my ears.
