'Exclusive Contract Validity Suspension and Porvisional Disposition Request Form' filed, Jaejoong-Yoochun-Junsu side states, "We tried to reach a compromise, but it didn't work."

YoungWoong Jaejoong, Micky Yoochun and Xiah Junsu of the five member, populart idol group TVXQ have filed a lawsuit against their entertainment agency, SM Entertainment, for a Exclusive Contract Validity Suspension and Porvisional Disposition Request Form and SM has finally released an official statement.
At one o'clock in the morning on the 1st, SM officially announced that, "We confirmed that Xiah Junsu, YoungWoong Jaejoong and Micky Yoochun's lawsuit against SM for Exclusive Contract Validity Suspension and Porvisional Disposition Request Form was filed on July 31st." and also stated that, "We are very saddened and puzzled and we are trying to get to the bottome of this situation."
SM also stated that, "This Exclusive Contract Validity Suspension and Porvisional Disposition Request Form was filed by TVXQ, a group that represents, not only themselves, but Korea and all of Asia. Their activities must continue." and that, "We are planning to solve this situation that arose because of the dispute over the cosmetic company the three have started."
It has been revealed that YoungWoong Jaejoong, Micky Yoochun and Xiah Junsu do not see eye-to-eye with SM Entertainment in regards to the profits made by the cosmetic company that the three TVXQ members set up.
Preceding the official statement of SM Entertainment, the lawyer who is representing YoungWoong Jaejoong, Micky Yoochun and Xiah Junsu had a phone conversation with Money Today Star News on July 31st. He said that, "It has been at least two months since I have talked about filing this lawsuit with the three members, it's been a while."
He continued by saying, "We have tried to talk with and reach a compromise with SM Entertainment so that none of this would have had to happen, but it did not work out. Therefore, we filed a Exclusive Contract Validity Suspension and Porvisional Disposition Request Form against SM Entertainment this afternoon (July 31st)."
He stated that "There are unlawful clauses in the exclusive contract and these are what we have filed the Exclusive Contract Validity Suspension and Porvisional Disposition Request Form against," and "YoungWoong Jaejoong, Micky Yoochun and Xiah Junsu will soon reveal their own official statements soon."
On a side note, TVXQ members U-Know Yunho and Choikang Changmin did not participate in this lawsuit, and are both planning to stay in SM Entertainment. U-Know Yunho and Choikang Changmin both will be starring in dramas this second-half of the year with U-Know YUnho in MBC's 'Heading to the Ground' that will air in September and Choikang Changmin in 'Paradise Ranch' that will air later this year. The broadcasting channel on which 'Paradise Ranch' will be aired is yet to be announced.
TVXQ is an idol group that debuted in the early months of 2004 and have now gained great popularity in Korea as well as all of Asia.
