Yep, many small businesses are calling 2/10 National Bankruptcy Day because there is no way anyone can meet those requirements. Like we need more companies hurting right now. Consumers will have fewer options too.

The only people who will make money from this are the companies that test these products at every ridiculous stage of the manufacturing process.
