Why won't my phone let me use downloaded MP3s as ringtones? Stupid Rogers. I've been searching the net for an hour downloading programs and what not and it still won't work for me. UGH. I need to read two books for Monday and this is how I'm spending my time?!?!

My phone won't let me put any new ringtones on it either! It's so annoying! Good luck with all your reading.

What type of phone do you have and who is your provider? I have the Sony Ericsson w580i with Rogers (who suck b/c they only want you to download ringtones from them). Anyway, I finally figured mine out thanks to this post:

I have a mac so the very last post helped me figure it all out. Once I got that program it really was no problem. I changed the length/format to a WAV file and then sent it to my phone through my mac's bluetooth. And woohoo! I like having fun things to listen too!

I've got a Samsung with Kodoo. Geoff helped me with it but he couldn't figure it out either. And he's not useless with technology like I can be. :P I temporarily gave up. But yay! You got yours to work! :)
