Sunday was a great day. Hubby and I met Tran for breakfast and then she and I spent the day together until it was time for her to catch her plane. I'm so sorry you can't come, but I'm glad you'll be making Y-con this year. That's a great chance to be with so many of our friends. Hope you enjoy your Memorial Day weekend whatever you end up doing.

Don't forget a swimsuit if you want to use the hot tub. Shopping wise I'm all but finished and the hubs helped me box it all up this evening. Tomorrow is just packing for me and last minute stuff but other than perishables that have to wait until we're there, I think we're good.
The only thing I'm still debating is bringing an extra TV for the videos and games. If I have the room left in the car once everything is loaded, I think I'll do it so that we can have a few different things running for those who don't want what's on the main TV.
If you have any suggestions or ideas, feel free to run with them. I'm tapped out and the brain is devolving into mush now. Argh. I have Japanese class in the morning. Sometimes I do really well when I'm tired and brain fried. Class will either be very good or very bad.

Also, what sodas does everyone want. I've got the hardcore coffee people covered (bringing my espresso machine, b/c WV has 1 starbucks and its nowhere near where we will be), but I need to know what kinds of soda, because I'm a water and coffee girl myself and I don't want to pick something like sugar-free-raspberry-lemon-sherbert-cola and no one drinks it.

Not too sure about everyone else, but a lot of them are tea, coffee, and water drinkers so water and maybe a juice or two might be safe also.
Use your own judgement. Everyone seems pretty flexible and we can always make a run if there's something that we just can't live without.
Will snag the fic before I turn in. Nobody is flying in anymore so you are cleared hot to leave DC whenever you get sprung. Have a safe trip. (You did get the directions, right?)
