That is really bad. (T__T) The worse we can get in Singapore is probably only up till ankle... I really wish there is a way to solve this kind of nature nuisance.

it wasn't all natural... they released water from several dams that's why it went up so high >.<

the government should really look into a better flood management system like japan's...
