Someone on one of the Iron Man coms posted that they had seen a Wii somewhere in Starks house. Well shouldn't that be the Video Game ad right there? Stark playing the game?
People who are uber-controlling of "their" icons are morons. Unless it's a photo you took yourself, of yourself, it's literally impossible to copyright them. Movie Icons are even harder. You need the express written permission of the studio, the actors, and the photographer/director to legally use the image and if you do not have these letters you are a thief.
