Have you tried the caves under the mansion. They're pretty cool from what I remember. Except I was pretty drunk at the time.

It was Sirus' death party. He was some kind of wizard and he made all the alcohol taste fucking amazing. Even though it was probably like drinking paint thinner.

I think the whole mansion was hung over for about a week.
