About......... three hours ago. I'm going up Killingsworth, where it intersects Portland Hwy. There's a stop sign, so I stop, look, and pull out slowly, I have my eye onto the incoming lane because I'm making a left turn, and there's one car, down maybe slightly less than a block away, so I speed up, maybe a little too much, but that was the extent ( Read more... )

I have noooo effin' idea.

See, the girl........ I'm pretty sure either sped out of a parking spot without her lights on, or came speeding out of the incoming lane accidentally (since it was an incoming lane, there wasn't a stop sign... The reason I was thinking that was just cause she came out behind me at 40 or 50 and I never saw her until after I'd already gotten hit D:,)

It's all just so damn confusing :{

If she hit you, it's her fault. If you weren't moving, it's her fault. Even it you were blocking traffic, it's her fault. She has to watch for traffic and that's how it works. So, hopefully youhave her information. She needs to pay up as far as I can tell from the decription. At least some of it. She bears at least 50% if not more of it.

she hit you, so the car owner's liable. i know this because when i was in an accident 2 years ago, i hit the guy so i had to pay for the damage done to his car. don't let him nail your ass to the wall. :/
