It was a simple assignment. Go, write, and be seen to have done both. A school newspaper didn't exactly have much in the way of clout, but then again as a public event it's not like it was difficult to get into

Thanks! This was another case of having literally no idea what to write before I sat down to it, just that I really should right something. Hence the title. Still not sure about the first one too much, but I do like the second.
