There are two kinds of truth. There are facts. These are statements that describe the physical world in sometimes excruciating detail. It rained on Sunday 08/26/09 in Fort Worth, TX. *nod* Fiction--myth--has a different role to play than concrete fact. Mistaking either for the other leads to all kinds of trouble, in my experience.
